Shore line property: The land offered for sale is situated along or very close to the shoreline. There are a limited number of lots still available directly fronting onto the sea and a larger number in the second and third development areas set slightly further back from the water front. Timing: Honduras today is at the same stage as Costa Rica seven years ago: low prices in comparison to similar properties and projects in neighbouring countries (where prices range from 300% to 400% higher) along with an anticipated high growth rate, due to the entrance of foreign investors and the increasing number of tourists. These factors are expected to bring a rise in prices within a very short period of time.

Security: The majority of the purchase price is due only upon completion of all the procedures and the registration of the lot and its title or deed under the purchaser’s name. The registration procedure is done through one of the leading law firms in Honduras.
