Infrastructure Updates
The infrastructure is now fully complete throughout Phases 1-3 in our development. Sewer lines, electrics, water and road access has been provided to all lots.
House Construction
Now that infrastructure is complete there are currently 6 homes under construction and 3 homes have been built. We expect a lot more homes being built in the next few months.

Amenity Centre
Construction of our amenity centre on the development will start by April, 2012. It will feature a gym, infinity pools and spa services for all our owners to enjoy. Completion time is expected during the upcoming fall/winter season. The amenity centre will overlook the Caribbean Sea.
Water Canal
One of the features of the development is a water canal, which will travel throughout the project. It will be a few kilometers in length when completed, and allow for kayaking and canoeing from one end of the development to the other.

General Information
Some general information on the development includes purchasing additional horses for riding. Our lamb stock has reached 185 on site. Our on site nursery has over 15,000 exotic plants and ready for landscaping your lot when you are choosing to build. We are currently in negotiations with solar panel companies to provide you with the best prices for solar panels for your home. In addition, 3 local families are making immediate plans to move onto the site.
